A hazy pale ale is a vibrant take on the classic pale ale featuring a new-school hop blend. A cool whirlpooling process helps enhance bright citrus and tropical notes from the Idaho 7 hops. Using Galaxy and Strata in our dry hop helps further these bright, tropical, fruity notes including guava, mango, and tangerine. This beer is full flavored with a low bitterness and a softer, more approachable profile than your typical pale ale.

Pour is an opaque straw yellow. Huge can’t chalk white foam with excellent retention.
Nose is tangerine, grapefruits, citrus
Taste follows. Citrus, tangerine, tropical. Low on bitterness, though a pleasant bit of bite comes through subtly toward the back end some wheat, ready malt on the finish.
Overall, a tasty beer, but I think it needs to be more bitter for my personal preference. Very good if you can get it fresh.

Hazy gold pour, strong creamy white head. Nose is tropical.
Taste is bright citrus, papaya, chili, berry, light kilned malt. Mouthfeel is light. Finish is zesty citrus, and pith, with a touch diesal.
