Can date smudged
Pours a ridiculous fizzy head that fades quickly to nothing like a typical sour, hazy pear tan color
Nose big lacto yogurt tartness and funk like, fair citrus, lemon zest and a little tropical citrus, must be yuzu, light doughy malt
Taste starts light, a little watery, then light doughy creamy malt, creamy tart yoghurt lacto, fair tartness but not really sour, then mild chili flavor and heat kick in, with mild spices and hint of salt on the back end, fair citrus as well, tropical citrus and little lime like, finishes a little tart flemmy and very margarita like
Mouth is light bod, med to a bit higher frothy carb, light acidity and pepper heat
Overall not bad, wish it had more base malt and more lacto but otherwise nice

Pours an opaque dirty yellow from the can, brief fizzy head, no retention or lacing. Nose is brackish sea water, preserved lemon, cayenne. Taste is pretty savory - more preserved lemon, a healthy touch of salt, very moderate tartness, and lingering grain on the finish. Mouthfeel is crisp, carbonation refreshing. Overall, an enjoyable take on the style.
