German Noble hops coupled with the Belgian yeast create a light, refreshing and slightly fruity Belgian Tripel.

From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This rather strong but nice tripel
pours a clear golden with a nice head of white foam that settles to
a thick ring, thin subtle clumping pool, and shows some light lacing.
Nose of coriander, clove, and candy sugars with strong alcohol notes.
Flavors surpass the nose with apple, candy sugar, coriander, clove, touches
of mace, orange zest, and astringent booze. Nice mouth feel; medium body,
medium light soft carbonation with subtle prickliness, and a warming spice
laden finish that is moderately dry.

Overall, a nice American style tripel.

Cheers

A: The beer is slightly hazy golden yellow in color and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a narrow collar around the edge of the glass and some wisps of bubbles on the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of spicy yeast are present in the nose along with underlying hints of candi sugar.
T: The taste follows the smell, but the flavors of candi sugar are a bit stronger and there are also notes of fruity esters.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer will sneak up on you if you're not careful because it does a very good job at hiding any traces of alcohol from the taste.

Can. mostly clear Golden orange with ring and island. Mild peppery boozy honey vanilla aroma. Very sweet (per style) with honey and vanilla and some apricot and peach. With long minty herbal bitterness and slightly minerally harsh finish. Medium body. Pretty typical American tripel, not totally cloying, which is good. Very good, but not up there with the best.

On tap at the brewery.
A nice Belgian tripel, good flavors of light caramel, candy sugar, yeast esters.
Good warmth from the alcohol, enough malt sweetness but a dry finish.

Overall very tasty, happy I could try it!
