This is my first fat orange cat offering. Excited to try. Poured from a crowler canned today. Looks like grapefruit juice. Can't see through this one. Head is rather sudsy and dissipates quickly. Nose is grapefruit with some orange peel. First sip is loaded with grapefruit right up front and carries through the mid palate with bitter grapefruit peel, maybe a tinge of pineapple, and some sticky grapefruit juice at the end palate. Mouthfeel is good throughout but gets a little chalky at the end. Overall this is a good brew if you like grapefruit. I do. Tons of flavor throughout the whole sip with nice dry finish makes you want another sip right away. Well done and i can't wait to try some others from theese guys.

Lots of grapefruit and pineapple up front and on the finish. A little pine in there too.
This actually reminds me of DDH Congress when it is very young. Should be interesting to compare after a week or two.
Very good effort.

It pours an incredibly turbid golden orange with a short neat white head. This beer is seriously about as foggy as it gets. The nose is lots of citrus (orange, clementine, tangerine) backed by some distinct floral notes.
Consensus immediately lets you know that it's going to be juicy as hell but that notion is instantly plowed through by a delightfully sharp earthy dank bite that lingers. After the smoke clears from the dank bomb, the juice takes over again with orange and pineapple notes really standing out. The white bread malt profile is understated but present. The finish brings a lingering bitterness and a bit of heat.
The mouthfeel is about medium for the style and ABV. I'm rather impressed by this effort. Some might say it's too murky but I think it looks cool. The nose is pleasant. It tastes great. Super juicy and WAY more dank than I expected but it works.

This beer is quite special. It is very flavorful and is one of the best New England IPAs I've ever had. It's smooth, hoppy, and just overall great!
