Look...a murky yellowish light copper with a frothy white head. a typical and attractive NEIPA appearance
Smell...strong smell of dank and citrus almost tropical with a coconut component. A nicely fragrant result
Taste...A pithy start with a resounding bitter presence but balanced with a semi sweet earthy character. A definitely not over sweet presentation bu with a little warming the sweetness imparts slightly. A nice drying in the finish conveying slight bite
Feel....A nice slick juice and thin enough to give a lightweight finish. Medium carbonation with a silky sticky lacing.
Overall...This beer is so well made. I really enjoyed this beer with that, a little to pithy for me . Don't get me wrong this beer is highly enjoyable and i am really just splitting hairs. Love trying Fat Orange Cat beers. I have yet to be disappointed
Definitely recommend

First sip, I said to myself “this Must be Simcoe…” because that was my only reference point for the pine and bitter earthy dankness I was experiencing. Turns out it might be made with eureka hops, which I do not have Much of a reference point for. There’s definitely a lot of orange and pine, and it finishes very Lip Smackingly dry and pithy. Some of that dryness is almost peppery. A very interesting and unique tasting beer.

Picked up a single from the Craft Beer Hop Stop in Phoenix on 8-16-19 for $4.99. No canning date but presumably in Late July/early August. Consumed on 10-18-19.
Beer poured a hazy orange with a smallish head with the original pour.
Nose has hints of orange and mango.
Taste is very nice, orange and mango forward over a medium pale malt base. Finishes with a light rind bitterness; 5/10 on my bitterness scale.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied and pretty refreshing.
Overall a pretty tasty brew that i am not sure how it ended up in Arizona but am glad to have tried.

Can to tulip.
The appearance was a glossy/ruddy chipped orange burnt color with a small off white semi-foamy head subsiding nicely and left just a clean wispy concave lace.
The aroma brought the goods - orange sweet pulp, ruby red grapefruit, light pine needles and some bright citrus rind. Light crayon (is this new within the style?)
The flavor seemed to bring in all of the prior mentioned aromas and added some hop spice, seemed to collide with some white pepper and grassy hop edge. Semi-creamy aftertaste of orange juice, white pepper and grassy hop notes.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a good sipping quality about it. Appropriate low carbonation. Some watery qualities. Lean finish of orange juice, ever so slight touch of sweet pine and crushed white pepper.
Overall, better than the last New England styled IPA I recently had but not exactly "all there" to truly pull off being a fabulous one for this style.

16 oz can - date code is jiberish
pours a orangish dark yellow in color, good head and head retention. hop aroma leans orange, with some dank pine underneath. Taste is similar, with firm underlying bitterness to balance the fruity flavor. softer feel, medium bodied.
