I assume the Geriatric Kittens are going to Coconut Grove after Miami Beach? Very tasty, goes down easy. Do not notice the 7.5% until the very end.

Pours a pale yellow color with a minimal head that lasts quite a while. Aroma of orange and other tropical fruits. Taste is tangy grapefuit. Only a slight hoppy bitterness at the finish.

Well, well, well, isn't it just another cat is out of the bag. The brewers of Fat Orange Cat seek out both new and old hops for a tantalizing resinous but fruit-filled taste and a snappy bitterness that brings both a sense of new and old to the hazy world.
Pouring a matte finish over a goldenrod appearance, Geriatric Kittens Hit the Beach starts reeling off heavy fruit aromatics of citrus, tropical fruit and orchard fruit as soon as the froth begins to releases. Generous grain sweetness layers on the tongue like pastry dough laced with honeysuckle, shortcake and cereal.
But once the hops gain strength the middle palate is all about the hops. With a bold sense of grapefruit, orange and mango, a bright citrus and tropical taste takes shape. With hints of peach, pineapple, passionfruit and papaya, the fruit culmination is in full swing. As the ale extends onto the late palate, the fruit turns to that of citrus rinds and peels in a firm but balancing bitterness of tea, pine and fine fresh grassy herbs.
Medium bodied but trending slightly drier, the hazy IPA starts plump with malt but finishes rather malty-dry with a mild gin-like spice and a longer aftertaste of geranium, hemp and pine needle.

Purchased because Ms. Bastard liked the can art...and the solid reviews on Untapped. Poured true-to-style, orange juice appearance. Overall a solid NEIPA.. Kitten Is a citrus-hoppy bomb! Diggin this!

The date stamp on the bottom of the can is 12/08/04 - makes no sense and guessing it means 08-04-21 for a canning date? The canning date and love the name ....I think this brewery is purposely messing with us...LMBO!
Nice citrus and would I buy this beer again?
