A: The beer is hazy and a bit pale yellow in color with notes of amber hues and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high white head that gradually died down but never completely faded away.
S: Moderate aromas of gooseberries are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and also has notes of wheat and hints of orange and grapefruit citrus. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate to high amount of carbonation.
O: I found this wheat ale to be quite unique given the prominent aromas and flavors of gooseberries from the Nelson hops.
