16 ounce can, canned 12/29/22, thanks again to Brutaltruth for this one! Served in a snifter, the beer pours dark brown/black with about an inch tan head that stuck around a while. Good amount of lacing. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like coffee, dark fruit, burnt/charred malt and molasses. I think the taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also some dark chocolate, nuts, dark bread and toffee flavors noticeable too. Mouthfeel/body is full, it's coating and rich with a moderate amount of carbonation. I liked this coffee stout, certainly worth picking up if you come across some!

A: opaque; very dark brown - almost black in color; with a fairly aggressive pour, a 1 finger finely pored light brown head that receded quickly to a thin tight collar; no lacing;
S: bittersweet chocolate and deeply roasted grain;
T: follows the nose from start to finish; only a hint of coffee until the aftertaste; moderate bitterness at the end;
M: full bodied; light carbonation; moderately dry finish; hides the ABV well
O: good, but not great; I expected more considering it's Fat Orange Cat;

It's been a while since I've had a coffee stout, so here we go.
Pour is a deep brown with insignificant foam, fantastic chocolate color however. Aroma is heavy, some very intense sweetness and malt character with coffee of course. Flavor is where this one kills. I typically go for non-adjuncted stouts, and really don't like milk stouts, but this one is a great blend of a strong dark malt with an interesting coffee and cream flavor. The coffee is present but not overbearing, and doesn't present as bitter. Overall, very sweet but not overly in my opinion, not balanced, but you didn't buy this for a classic imperial stout flavor. It's a rich, tasty treat rather than a drinking experience. Mouthfeel adds quite a bit as it's not as syrupy as I expected, and comes across as incredibly drinkable.
Overall, extremely tasty, very fun, and probably too strong for how fast it went down.

Pours black with three fingers of dense mocha foam on top. Aroma is rich coffee, caramel, and dark & milk chocolate. Roasty and toasty malts add some firmness. Slight bitter bite from the roasty malts. It smells pretty big, with mild sweetness. Flavor profile is chocolate and toffee with big roasty malts and roasty coffee. Coffee is a little late, but pretty full and delicate. Toasty malts and some late milk sugar add more base and sweetness, respectively. Big time good. Mouth feel is thick. Texture is filling and creamy. Overall, big time fan. Nice coffee with a full stout behind it.

From a sixteen ounce aluminum can, this beer is obsidian black, with a slim, dark tan head. The aroma is of serious coffee and roasted grain scents. Some alcohol and sweet molasses in the smell as well. The taste is sweet...with plenty of coffee. The sweetness sort of overwhelms the flavor...I'd prefer it a bit more dry. After a few sips, the ABV kicks in, and some warmth appears. Nutty, roasty, coffee and booze flavors come out as the beer warms. There is a lot going on. I'm not a fan of how sweet it is, but it is interesting.

Pours black small bar pour head.
Aroma is nice smooth roasted malts, loads of coffee some light spice cinnamon.
Taste is like the nose, big roasted notes mostly coffee, smooth some lactose sweetness hints of chocolate. Light cinnamon notes in the finish.
Mouthfeel is nice almost full, spice makes it seem peppier then it is.
Overall a nice coffee stout.

Poured from the can into a teku glass.
A deep rich two finger mocha brown head, quite dark, but manages a bit of quick dissolve to a fairly pencil thin collar. Nearly black, but tinged dark walnut brown body color that is almost matte like in appearance.
Muted sense of dark chocolate on the nose, but more a classic dark molasses flavor on the aroma. Hints sticky and sappy, and sadly not much of a coffee angle note. Minimal sense of sweetness as well.
Palate seems to make little of a statement. More of the lactose shows up in the mid palate hinting of some cream, and more sweetness. The balance hits with some coffee action, but a stronger sour molasses quality still kicks in and overpowers. The mouthfeel is decent and supportive with a lactose sweetness that brings out a nice milky quality. Finish has more of the coffee flavor, nutty slightly but still muted with the molasses quality that dominates still.
This is decent, but unfortunately doesn't have a good fronting coffee flavor I was hoping for.

Pitch black, dense fluffy almost nitrogenated head. This pour basically cascaded in the glass.
Nose is malt, coffee, brown sugar, a smidge of roasted bitterness.
Soft, creamy and full mouthfeel. Leads into very even character, roast malt and sweetness. The lactose doesn't feel necessary to me but I don't like that in any event.
Finishes soft and clean. Coffee present. This is mostly a straight and away stout with a good body and sharp coffee character.
A tidy pint. Nothing insane but very good nonetheless. Not everything needs to bash into walls and smash windows to be good.

Fairly thin body. Some decent coffee notes from the added cold brew but not a ton of good Rich stout flavor. Quite sweet. Overall, slightly above average.

L: Pours a rich, chocolate-colored brew (almost black) that forms a nice caramel head. Good retention and lacing.
S: Aromas of roasted coffee, chocolate, char, and malts.
T: Complex. Coffee and chocolate definitely are dominant in the beginning, but it has some creamy sweetness and char in the middle. The end is creamy.
F: Medium bodied. Almost chewy. Light carbonation. Very engaging and almost felt like my mouth was being enveloped as I savored the beer.
O: This is an excellent coffee stout. It has great flavor and feel, although the aromas are a bit lacking. It is definitely worth a taste and I will be purchasing again.
