Cream ale infused with a generous amount of jalapeño peppers. Add a wedge of lime for a refreshing variation.

Delicious taste that's genuinely jalapeño with an increasingly spicy finish. If you love spicy jalapeño, you'll love this ale; stay away otherwise.

I've had wings that weren't as hot as this beer. Pours a gold color with a minimal head that disappears quickly. No discernable aroma. Taste is jalapeno flavoured beer. I'd like to give the Jalapeno Jack - No Heat.

A: Pours a clear medium golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and moderate amounts of pale yellow + bright yellow + straw yellow colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall sudsy foamy white head that reduces to a handful of small patches of thin film surrounded by a large patch of mottled very thin film and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of vegetal + spicy jalapeño pepper as well as light aromas of pickled jalapeños over the top of moderate aromas of bready + biscuit + grainy malts with a hint of grainy + corn adjunct sweetness. Hints of grassy hops.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of bready + biscuit + grainy malts with a hint of grainy + corn adjunct sweetness. That is followed by slightly stronger than moderate flavors of vegetal + spicy jalapeño pepper as well as light flavors of pickled jalapeños which pack a moderate amount of spice heat. Finally there are hints of grassy hops. No perceptible bitterness but the spice heat lingers.
M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly soft with a moderate amount of lingering spicy heat.
O: Drinks pretty easily with well hidden alcohol and a pleasant albeit slightly soft mouthfeel. Enjoyable if you like jalapeños and with a decent amount of heat - would be interested in trying the other beers in the series with less heat just to see how the flavors and aromas change.

Pours a light, clear gold with a fair finger's-worth of white, foamy head. Much like a standard lager. The smell, though... smells like a tray of jalapeno nachos at the ballpark. Uh oh. Yep. Quite a kick there. I have had jalapeno beers before, but this is surely the spiciest one yet. The beer itself definitely has a softer, mellower mouthfeel, which seems good - the focus is on the jalapeno.
It reminds me of pickle beers, even though it's the opposite vibe here - because it's about the rather unique and unexpected ingredient being the star of the show.

Very light in color, very hot as well. First sip was a shock of how excellent this beer tasted. Nice and hot with juicy spicy jalapeno, and most importantly: I liked it. This is quite the brew, simultaneously refreshing and smooth yet very zesty with the jalapeno character and most importantly the spice. No shortage of caspacin here with the spice building up in the palette as well as the throat. Some points I had to stop sipping just to cool off. Then the aroma, just like munching down on some tacos and chasing it down with beer, but skipping the actual eating part. It 's definitely savory and unexpectedly good. I like it.

Pours a fairly hazy golden straw color with a creamy white head. The nose has a bit of malt and a substantial vegetal aroma from the jalapeño.
The jalapeño flavor is forward, with minimal heat, and is accompanied by a vanilla malt flavor that provides a nice balance to provide a very nice drinking experience.
The mouthfeel is medium and a bit softer than I thought it would be. This is a very drinkable chile beer, a little more heat from the jalapeños would elevate this, IMHO.
