Look...Impeccable light straw yellow with a vigorous frothy head. Very good looking IPA look to me and is entirely opaque
Smell...Exuberant citrus melon with a dankness of the galaxy. Flowers and grass some peppery hop
Taste...wild bitter astringent juice but mellows with a little temperature on it. A nice balance of bitter but still fruity tang, I am not quite sure how to explain but the galaxy hits a certain way, pomegranate and starfruit overpowers any substantial sweetness
Feel...This is spot on with a great fullness at 6.5 percent. Juicy pulp but done so well with medium ample carbonation
Overall...This beer rocks...So tasty for the style with the astringent galaxy hop. I don't know if it is better than the base but...Damn nice ...Maybe better but I believe it to be a preference. But this was made on a one off or small batch and they hit this one very nicely, excellent

This is an improvement on baby kittens. Dry hopping with galaxy has brought out an entirely new character and experience. It has a tingling effervescence that contradicts the thin to non existent head retention. Lip smacking, slightly bitter hop elements hit your palate like the skippity-pappin’ toe beans of a hundred tiny kittens, tongue punching you with a dizzying array of flavors. Peach? Wham! Orange? Wham! Something almost imperceptible…Green but hoppy? Wham! Excellent beer, impeccably fresh, at a very fair price.
