Aroma is mild dark fruit/huge stone fruit. The flavor is fruit/dark fruit, malts/grains, huge stone fruit and a slightly spicy hop/mildly sweet finish.

Not my favorite iteration of baby kittens that Ive had thus far. Beautiful thick head that lingers, nice luscious body but the taste is a bit too sharp stinging lime centric for me. I do love these limited release versions of baby kittens as they really showcase the individual hops and the familiarity of the delicious kittens base recipe accentuates and makes clear the differences in hops, batch to batch. If you love motueka you will love this beer. I came back to this beer a week later and it seemed to have mellowed. There was less of an astringent sharpness. It was rounder and softer on the finish which greatly improved the taste experience.
