Look...deep rich black with brown hints. A caramel coffee head with plenty of carbonation
Smell...alcohol and vanilla hint of chocolate with some char and roast
Taste...chocolate roast and molasses alcohol expounding. Full delivery of toffee and brown sugar with enough roast in the finish to alter the sweet to bitter
Feel...Smooth and not as thick as I interpreted by the appearance. a head that is thin later with lacing
Overall...This is a big beer disguised gracefully and never cloying with sweetness. Balanced enough to appease your sweet side and the roasty bitter side. Excellent beer

All points are great on this one, although it isn't fragrant. Very thick and syrupy. What shocks me is there is almost no taste of how alcoholic this one is. Great stout, definitely on the sweet side.

The pour is jet black with a tan head of frothy foam. The body is medium to full & the taste is coffee upfront followed by dark chocolate, & caramel. In addition to, the 13% abv is well masked. Cheers! A-

L: Pours a rich, extremely dark fudge, near-black in appearance. Forms a moderate espresso head that is quick to fade, leaving behind a thin film of effervescence and a slight ring of tan lacing around the edge of the snifter. Held to the light, an opaque dark brown hue with flecks of caramel.

S: Notes of chocolate, coffee, roasted malts initially. Followed by caramel, brown sugar, and brownie batter.

T: True to the nose - ample amounts of dark chocolate and caramel, followed by light-roast coffee, malts, maybe a hint of alcohol burn. This is balanced against a sweeter finish, with burnt sugar, batter, dark fruit and a touch of lactose. Overall, well-done.

F: Full-bodied. Thick, silky, smooth mouthfeel. Light carbonation.

O: Very tasty treat. Neither too bitter nor too sweet.

Perhaps more pastry than beer, Fat Orange Cat steps into the stout game with a boldly roasted, imperial stout with coffee, chocolate and caramel to hit all the sweet spots.

Pouring lavishly black, Roll Me One Of those, Cowboy with Chocolate, Caramel and Coffee isn’t exactly a name that rolls off of the tongue, but a steady roll of the can ensures a resuspension of the cake batter sediment that sinks to the bottom. Its bold and brazen scent is a culmination of coffeehouse and bakery with the coffee and brownie aromas that soon transition to a cakey sweetness of batter, the burnt edges of brownie and a sweeter caramel taste. Bold espresso flavors bring a bittersweet morsel character that reads much like chocolate covered espresso beans before a warm and kahlua-like finish.

They’re giving the term “roll me” a whole new meaning.

Very dark coffee black with ruby highlights and a respectable tan head and even some nice lacing.
The aroma is coffee, roasted malt, dark chocolate and caramel.
The taste is also dark roast coffee, caramel, and dark chocolate, hints of dark fruit, slightly sweet, mildly bitter, very nicely balanced. The finish is dry with a kick of alcohol warmth as it warms up.
The body is full, good carbonation, very smooth and dangerously drinkable.
Altogether, this is a magnificent brew, best for after dinner sipping, or just sipping anytime for enjoyment especially on a cold winter day.
