A well balanced American IPA with medium hop bitterness and bright hop character. Slight caramel sweetness provides a sturdy backbone for huge citrus and fruity aromas brought on by generous amounts of American grown hops.

16oz can. Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left thin rings of lace. It smelled of orange, grapefruit and pine notes. Sweet orange, grapefruit and toasted caramel with a piney bitterness.

Don't remember anything special about this beer and my rating confirms it. Got from Amazing Beer Club about 2 years ago.

Pours a mostly clear light copper taste with a good head and lacing . Smell is fruity hops and caramel malts Taste is floral and fruity with citrus hops some berries and pine, ends with a nice balance of caramel malts. Mouth feel is slightly bitter Ed with some dryness , very nice WC style ipa with less bitterness..

16 oz can with no date. Clear darker amber color with a nice dense head. Dark for an IPA nowadays. A few particles suspended in the liquid. Old school American hop selection on display in the aroma. I pick up citrus, pine, and a bit of tropical fruit. With the darker color I expected a sweeter IPA but this still maintains a nice level of dryness. Moderate bitterness as well puts this in the Midwest IPA genre. Hop flavors are allowed to express themselves with hints of citrus and tropical fruit. Nice body and appropriately carbonated. Just an all round nice, clean IPA. Impressed with my first beer from this brewery.
