A classic + clean pale ale named after our friends in Stony Run Township. The more traditional hop profile of Cascade + Centennial will make you appreciate the good ol’ days of brewing with us. Believe it or not, this is the kind of beer your Dad and you will agree on.

Can shared by LesDewitt4beer at the Green Bay tasting. Pours clear orange/copper/amber color with a small off white head with good retention and spotty soapy lacing on the glass. Aromas and flavors of big red grapefruit, tangerine, peach, pineapple, mango, melon, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, caramel, toast, cracker, herbal, floral, grass. Medium pine/rind bitter finish. Medium carbonation and body. Balanced creamy bready malts and sticky resinous hop mouthfeel. Lingering resin dryness and no hop astringency. Classic Cascade and centennial hop profile. Light warmth of 5.5%. Great standard feeling pale ale.

12 oz can into a tulip glass.
L: Pours 95% clear amber rust color with very steady carbo, a 1/4" off white head that recedes to creamy edge, medium-light soapy lacing.
S: Caramelized malts, slightly floral, cookie dough.
T: Colorful caramelized malts, floral hop notes, cookie dough, floral bitterness, dried fruit redolent of citrus and apricot in a lingering finish.
F: A brisk medium to med-light bodied feel that denotes a medium length lightly drying finish.
O: This beer hits the center target as it should. Great taste & feel, superior balance and flavor. Mellow and outstanding in its style.

A solid pale with the classic Centennial and Cascade hop bitterness.
Pine and grapefruit aroma and flavor backed with a strong malt base. Sticky feel, just short of chewy.
Overall a fine example of the style and hits a taste memory.
