Description: mixed culture barrel-aged wild rye ale featuring estate yeast and brettanomyces.
Hazy yellow. Extremely strong on the sour spectrum. Esters, usual Brett farm flavors with some woody taste. Very dry finish, fairly thin mouthfeel. Definitely more of a sipper related to sourness.
