Description: Barrel-aged wild ale with locally sourced peppers. Light balanced heat and subtle oak sweetness. Slight pepper smell.
Hazy yellow, peppers and sourness really do counterbalance somewhat. The pepper taste is light and well done. I just personally don’t like the pepper taste in beer. Dry satisfying finish.
