Introducing Buena Suerte — the first beer in a series that we like to call Folk Beer.

Folk Beer is the result of a years long obsession with creating beers that are low in alcohol, but full of flavor. Thirst quenching, yet nourishing— with an emphasis on ingredients from the region and the community around us.

This Raw Ale (not boiled, but pasteurized) was made with Pilsner Malt and Wheat, and fermented with an un-purified Kveik strain with lactobacillus. The resulting beer has notes of pie crust, and an almost cider-like tartness.
