Our Maple Girl Belgian Style Tripel is brewed entirely without water and instead we use fresh maple sap. We brewed this beer in February of 2021 and aged it in three different barrels, a maple syrup Scotch barrel, a maple syrup Cognac barrel and a maple syrup bourbon barrel. We bottled these beauties in a 550 ml matte black glass bottle and dipped in corresponding wax. These make beautiful gifts!
