32oz growler from the brewery. Pours a hazy burnt pale straw color with an inch of frothy head. Lots of lacing. The aroma herbal and floral hops with some melon. The taste is honey, herbal hops, melon, hay and grassy hops. Bready near the end with some honey and mint. Toasted bread finish. Creamy with a medium body and slightly dry mouthfeel. I’m not a huge Azacca fan, but this is a nice showcase of the hop.
