Batch 1, bottled May, 2019. Poured into a Teku. Golden in color with excellent clarity and a think white head that quickly dissipated. The apricots are still present on the nose, as are notes of apple, lemon and subtle funk.
Taste is a bit of a watered down version of the nose. The apricots are present, and taste fine, but there's something overall that's missing for me with this beer. It might be that I'm looking for a little more funk than what this brings to the table, and maybe a bit more carbonation. I'm getting a little bit of a juice box vibe that I'm not totally digging.
Overall, maybe I'm being overly harsh. I'm actually enjoying the beer, but it's a little short of my expectations, especially for Fox Farm. Maybe 3 years of aging haven't helped it, maybe drinking it at 8:30 in the morning isn't the best idea, or maybe it's something else. I will revisit at some point to see if my impression is the same.

Thanks to Roy_Hobbs for this one, from NBS BIF #15. 12.7oz bottle (Batch 2, bottled 10/21) poured into 14oz teku. Poured a slightly less than clear medium gold color with thin, white head that immediately dissipated and left no lacing.
The aroma had a light funk, and just noticeable apricot. Soft grains in the background.
Fairly similar on the tongue, with the apricot being a bit more notable. A nice tartness carried throughout the palate.
The body was light, had good carb, and a pleasingly dry finish.
Drinkability was good, a pleasing drink.
Overall, a pretty nice brew. Certainly worth a shot if you see it.

Pours golden with wispy white head that dissipates quite quickly. A little bit of stonefruit, a little bit of orange gummy. Tangy apricot character is at the center of this one. Unfortunately, there's not much else going on in this for me.

12.7oz bottle purchased at Fox Farm. Batch 1 Bottled 5/19. Pours a slightly hazy vibrant light orange with an inch of head. Funky aroma of green apple, lemon, apricots and dough. The taste is a nice mix of funk and tartness. Musty and yeasty with lemon, apricots, green apple and a hint of white wine. Apple juice, lemon and apricot finish. Crisp with a light mouthfeel and lots of carbonation. Mild alcohol presence.

This one pours a hazy light orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like fresh juice apricot puree, dried fruit, oak, herbs, and lemon.
This is so delicate and delicious. The apricot is very present but doesn't dominate. The funk of the base beer is very present - lemony, dry, and slightly grassy. There's a touch of white wine and oak, as well. This is about as good as it gets for fruited saison.
This is light bodied, clean, sunny, and clean, with a great level of drinkability.
Fox Farm is going to explode at some point soon - their beers are just so impressive.
