Canned 11/20/24, gifted by The Woodchipper, opened 12/11/24 pours deep orange golden with a whipped inch head that reduces soap suds like down the glass. Aroma is orange, earthy and mango, coconut(?) Taste is the signature earthy mango, some hop burn. Pleasant Dipa , respecting the alcohol I feel is asserting itself. Feel is bubbly fierce with mild hop burn again. Overall very nice and I believe: from the soils comes the spoils.

Poured from a 16-oz can picked up cold at the brewery yesterday that is smudge-stamped “11/??/23, to a Nonic at fridge temp.
The body is a common NEIPA opaque apricot. The head is maybe ½-inch of white, multi-sized bubbles. Head turns to a ring rather quickly and lacing is almost non-existent, just a few bubbles stick if I swirl the glass.
The aroma is tangerine, mango and grapefruit. As it warms and breathes, mango becomes dominant.
Tasting is similar, mango is strong but citrus rind is there. I think there is a mild hop burn. The alcohol is not hidden.
Carbonation is on the strong side, making what might be a medium viscosity seem thinner.
This is a good beer but I had higher expectations.

Appearance: Pours a cloudy golden color with a one finger head; good retention and splotchy lacing
Smell: Herbal and vinous, with lemon/lime, mango and tangerine pith
Taste: Herbal and vinous flavors forward with coconut, lemon/lime and mango developing; pithy tangerine bitterness emerges, in the middle, driving home a moderately bitter counterpoint
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: A nice DIPA with a range of flavors that make for a complex profle
Thanks, devoured_by_vermin, for the opportunity

Hazy golden color with small white cap and good lacing.
Aroma is a burst of citrus including zest with sweet malt in the background.
Taste is fuller than the scent with citrus, malt and hops in balance. I get these three flavors presented all at once and that carries through to the finish which is clean. Slightly sharp hop sensation in the aftertaste which manages to be both full and dry. Quite refreshing.
Medium velvety texture with balancing carbonation.
Another shining example of skill shown by the brewers at Fox Farm.

Fox farm is the best brewery in Connecticut and this beer while solid is more safe than anything. It has a thin and almost see-thru look and feel. A ton of lacing. The taste is fruity but not a juice bomb. The taste is the best part and I get earthy tones to go along with the fruit. I like this beer but know Fox Farm does better.
