Burrow is born out of our experience brewing and drinking Dwell, our go to American Pale Ale. Both beers are hopped exclusively with Mosaic and Motueka, a combo we find work very well in concert, whether on a lighter beer like Dwell, or a bigger, yet drinkable, beer like Burrow.

On tap:
This beer is actually quite ugly looking - opaque oxidized Bosc pear color, but with a creamy head. Nose has a sweetness that almost seems like the sweetness of lychee and a banana/pineapple blend - but just the sweet aspects and not the other, more distinct aromas of either. There’s a slight reedy grass bitterness as well.
Taste starts off in line with the aromas, with a little bit of coconut adjacent flavors I attribute to Montueka. There is also tropical fruit skins and a little citrus peel coming through, with the skins becoming more prominent as the finish gains bitterness. Moderately light in weight with a medium thick soft feel.

"Super sweet. A touch of pine on the nose and front end. But then almost cloying. Idk man. It's almost syrupy. If it's gonna be a mosaic blueberry syrup bomb, fine, but give it some sunstance to balance it out. A bit much for me." -my Untappd, Mar 27, 2024

Had a single draft at the Mule Bar in Winooski, VT for seven dollars. My sixth brew reviewed from these guys. Solid ,albeit unspectacular brew, would get again.
