Pours clear, gold in color with one inch head. Taste is banana, clove and coriander. Medium body and carbonation, slightly sweet. Excellent domestic version of the style. Could have several.

Head starts out huge but disappears. Pours an opaque golden yellow. Bubblegum, tangy lemon throughout. Long noble-hop finish. Light mouthfeel. Good summer supper.

16oz. Can served in a Hefeweizen. Canned 8/3/22. Pours dull orange hue with a hazy clarity and tight, half inch, bright white head. Nose is lovely - hints of clove, citrus and banana esters. Taste is a bit dull and some grainy notes come out towards the back. Mouthfeel is light in body with a pleasant, even carbonation. Overall, a solid example of the style.

16 oz can poured into a willi becher glass. Pours a cloudy light yellow with a fluffy head. Not much retention or any lacing at all. Aroma and flavor hit the classic hefeweizen notes - banana, clove, wheat, and bubblegum, but not quite as full-flavored as the top-tier hefes. Mouthfeel is spritzy and a bit on the thin side. Overall it's perfectly fine but IMO not quite watery, just a touch underflavored.

Sampling a cold 16 oz can poured into my glass. date stamp is 6-22-2022. Picked up at the brewery.
The beer pours a light straw colored slightly cloudy color. A fluffy bleached white head foams up a lot in my glass and I cant get the whole can poured.
This foam fades to a very sturdy surface covering and leaves dense clingy lattice when I take a sip or swirl my glass.
The aroma is huge ripe banana, maybe overripe TBH, and spicy cloves mixing together. the nose works really well and I enjoy it quite a bit.
First sip is a lighter body and smooth texture with fine tingly carbonation. This is hitting all the right spots for a hefeweizen!
Flavor is a bit of grainy malt and then the banana and cloves come through nicely. I also get a bit of drying and black pepper on the finish.
Not really any hop hits and the ABV is hidden, which makes sense.
This is a great hefeweizen and I would (and will) buy this again on my next FF run.
