Bottled 06.28.22 and served in a tulip. Pours a lovely honey-gold/burnished orange with a frothy, half inch, bright white head embedded with ringlets. Clarity is slightly hazy. Head quickly recedes into a frothy band around the shoulders and a dollop. Nose expresses hints of funk, citrus and oak. Taste follows nose - not getting much of the sherry barrel. Mouthfeel is light, bright and acidic. Overall, a very nice wild from FF, but not my favorite offering from this brewer. The acidity is a bit too aggressive.

Absolutely incredible.
Almost delicate nose, floral and with a touch of honey-like sweetness.
This might imply a soft, slightly sweet farmhouse ale … no. No.
Intensely sour and potent from the get go, and in the best possible way. The sherry makes little appearance on the palate. Tasting notes of vinegar, pear, apple, white grape, straw, honey, oak, cheese.
