English-Style Pale Ale - Made (almost entirely) with Simpsons Golden Promise malt, our favorite pub ale yeast strain and a blend of hops that undoubtedly drives the personality of this beer. That combo leans heavily on late-boil additions of UK-grown Brambling Cross and Fuggles whole leaf hops

16 oz can

pours a clear medium golden in color, thin white head that fades. aroma of crackery pale malt and floral, grassy hops. similar taste - but there is a subtle touch of fruitiness I assume from the yeast. well balanced, easy drinking

16oz can served in a tulip nonic. Pours a translucent honey-gold hue with an off-white head that disperses into a tight band around the shoulders off the can pour. Nose expresses floral notes followed by a hint of sweetness. Taste consistent with nose with the additional of a light, malty backbone with a hint of nuttiness. Mouthfeel is light in body with an easy, even carbonation. Overall, immensely quaffable.

Another delicious Fox Farm beer! Sweet honey malt backbone with a generous dose of classic English hops that creates a long finish that lingers forever.

Very little head production, but what's there is retained fairly well. Lively golden body.

Aroma is bready and floral, with hints of apple and pear along with light pepper. Not entirely unlike a pilsner, albeit lacking in the earthy bite of pilsner malt.

Lovely expression on the palate; very bitter yet smooth. Tasting notes of white and rye bread, citrus peel, pear, pepper, and a touch of honey. Sweeter on the second half of the sip.
