Draft at Armsby
Foamy creamy 1 finger head with great retention, sticky lacing, semi hazy golden lemon color
Nose brings nice barnyard funk and souring bacteria, Brett funk, acetic acid tart funk, light buttery oak, fresh juicy peach
Taste brings some buttery oak and lacto funk with plenty of peach, juicy stone fruit, mild acidity and fair souring bacteria, light barnyard Brett funk, creamy, tart sour peach with a bit of acetic acid lemony citrus, drier finish with mild flemmy tartness
Mouth is med to lighter bod, higher effervescent carb, fair acidity
Overall pretty nice, very buttery some from oak and likely a little diacetyl which is fine here, nice juicy peach, good level of acidity and sourness
