The Ghost Sour Project is the culmination of what we've been working since 2015. The main focus is combining the flavors of passionfruit that we grow at our home, combining it with other fruits and using a house sour blend that we've been working on since 2015. Each beer takes from 6 to 18 months to be ready.

Presentation: 22 oz. brown bottle with no dates. Served in a white wine glass.
Appearance: It develops a half finger head that goes down into a thin ring and leaves patchy lacing. It has a hazy, opaque, gold color.
Scent: Wild berries, acerola, passion fruit, green raisins and other dried fruits.
Taste: It's real sour (not in a sugary, candy way), and tart but also sweet and fruity. It has some sour cherries, acerolas, cranberries, passion fruit, green grapes, green apple and just a hint of malt in the finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with medium-high carbonation and a crisp, clean finish. A little bit cloying.
Overall: A really good, local sour that showcases real sourness as opposed to the overly sugary candy-like taste that a lot of "sour beers" display these days.
