As the name implies, Good Health and remiscent of monastic life. This beer was made for their daily consumption and was not sold outside the Monasteries. A lively ale with high carbonation and peppery notes that come from our particular yeast blend. This is a beer to have fun and to drink at any time with any meal.

Nice try, but weird, conflicting flavors (blueberry?). Refermented.

Presentation: 22 oz. brown bottle with no freshness dates. Served in an oversized wine glass.
Appearance: Thin, half finger head that goes away quickly. The lacing is pretty good, with patches all around the glass. It's a slightly hazy gold color.
Smell: Very pleasant and sweet. Mainly of malt, grains and a hint of toffee.
Taste: Sweet, but not cloying. It starts off malty and grainy and finishes fruity and spicy. There's some caramel malt, banana, dried fruit, and peppercorns.
Mouthfeel: It's light to medium bodied, a bit watery even, but very refreshing and easy to drink. Medium-high carbonation.
Overall: A very easy to drink, refreshing and well made beer with a great flavor profile.
