Presentation: Draft, served in a tulip glass.
Appearance: The bright white, two finger head stays around for a while and goes down into a thin ring. It leaves some patchy lacing and it's a hazy, light straw color.
Smell: It's a fruity aroma of fresh green and red apples along with lemon peel up front. There's some earthier notes of hay and humid wood in there too.
Taste: It's a bright, fresh and sour fruity taste of lemon, lime, green apple and some slightly sweet apple juice. It finishes with soft herbal and earthy notes in the background.
Mouthfeel: It's smooth, and mildly creamy but still crisp with a medium to light body and medium carbonation.
Overall: An amazing sour that highlights the apple character of the beer both on the nose and palate without stepping into cider territory or the typical apple off-flavor that's found in some beers.
