Presentation: 22 oz. brown bottle with no dates. Served in a tulip glass.
Appearance: The half finger, bone white head goes away fairly quickly and leaves behind some lacing in small spots. Its a beautiful, bright copper color.
Smell: It's s strong aroma of fresh, ripe passion fruit with as some flowery notes sprinkled in there towards the end.
Taste: It's tart and sour but not overwhelmingly so. There's a nice, fruity sweetness to balance things out. The main flavor is of passion fruit with hints of blueberry, blackberries and soft graininess in the background.
Mouthfeel: The body is on the lighter side but there's still substance to it. It's crisp and refreshing with medium carbonation.
Overall: A fruity, refreshing and well balanced sour with a well defined and delicious passion fruit presence.
