Presentation: 32 oz. crowler, served in a stemmed stange.
Appearance: The one and a half finger, bright white head goes away fairly quickly and leaves behind some lacing in small spots. It's a slightly hazy straw color.
Smell: There's warm, bread notes along with some musty grains.
Taste: There's mostly a grainy sweetness but it's very manageable, not cloying at all. Just bread, a touch of honey and a hint of a floral flavor in the background.
Mouthfeel: It's light but there's substance. Very refreshing with medium carbonation.
Overall Simple, refreshing and easy to drink pilsner.
