Presentation: 750mL corked and waxed green bottle with no dates. Served in a tulip glass
Appearance: The small, bright white head stays around for a little bit and leaves behind a lot of lacing in big patches. It's a bright, hazy, straw color.
Smell: There's green grapes, passion fruit, and a soft floral aroma all around. The nose is reminiscent of a Sauvignon Blanc one and is just fantastic.
Taste: It's very complex, with a tart, fruity, green grape quality at first along with a touch of green apple. There's some honey sweetness after as well to balance things out.
Mouthfeel: It's light, with a fine medium carbonation texture that covers the entire palate and persists all the way until the dry finish.
Overall: It's a delicate beer with a lot of complexity that has an interesting wine-like character.
