An Imperial Kveik IPA.
Appearance - Pours a light copper with three fingers of frothy white head that leaves some puffy lace on the glass.
Smell - piney, citrus, and tropical hops, pine resin, grapefruit and orange peel, tropical fruits (pineapple and peach), bready malts, and earthy tropical yeast.
Taste - bold piney, citrus, and tropical hops upfront. The pine resin, grapefruit and orange peel follow suit. The tropical fruits of pineapple and peach, bready malts, and earthy tropical yeast finish off the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes sticky with the hops, pine resin, and fruits lingering.
Overall - A bold and flavourful imperial IPA that delivers a pleasant punch from both the American IPA and New England IPA styles. This one is dangerous as it packs a true flavour punch!
