473ml can poured into tulip.
Pours a clear straw yellow with two fingers of puffy sugar-white head that leaves some mangrove swamp lace as it recedes.
Smells of crispy cereal malt, wet hay, a bit of pomme and lemon juiciness, cut grass and some leafy green noble hops.
Tastes of unsweetened breakfast cereal, lemon zest, apple skin and more grassy, leafy noble hops.
Feels light and refreshing. Light bodied with fizzy carbonation. Finishes dry.
Verdict: Highly recommended. The beer claims to be crushable, and it certainly is.
