Pink Boots Society brew to honour American mountaineer Barbara Washburn.
Appearance - Pours a hazy gold with three fingers of bubbly white head.
Smell - citrus, brett yeast, lemon, bready malts, and citrus, earthy, and leafy hops.
Taste - mild citrus, hint of lemon, brett yeast upfront. The bready malts, and hint of earthy and leafy hops round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes tart and sour with the citrus and lemon lingering.
Overall - A so-so dry-hopped sour. I'm not sure if the dry-hopping did much to help this brew. I feel as though this brew needs a bit more oomph all across the board.

I'm not sure if it's the dry hopping really mitigating the sour funkiness, but it tastes more like a mildly hopped tentative saison than a sour brew. A decent beer all the same, just not what I was expecting for the style.
