A Vermont Blonde Ale.
Notes about this beer:
Remember, bikes and good times aren’t cancelled this year! This frosty beverage will help you find your flow at Moose in two ways: A portion of the proceeds will be donated to MMBTS for trail building and maintenance, and the taste of this brew will definitely get you fired up for another lap! Crack one open and let’s get after it.
Appearance - Pours a hazy peach with three fingers of frothy white head.
Smell - citrus, tropical, and hint of piney hops, citrus and orange peel, grapefruit peel, hint of pine resin, peach, pineapple, apricot, hint of papaya, bready malts, and earthy yeast.
Taste - citrus, tropical, and hint of piney hops upfront. The citrus and orange peel, grapefruit peel, hint of pine resin, peach, pineapple apricot, and hint of papaya come through next. The bready malts and earthy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes crisp with a touch of stickiness alongside the hops and tropical fruits.
Overall - A highly flavourful and sessionable brew that goes to a good cause. This one is perfect for this hot Cowtown evening.
