Fruity/Belgian/Laid Back
A peach & amarillo witbier.
Appearance - Pours a hazy apricot with four fingers of frothy white head.
Smell - spicy earthy, floral, and herbal hops, coriander, clove, hint of pepper, peach, bready malts, and spicy earthy yeast.
Taste - spicy earthy, floral, and herbal hops upfront. Then it goes into the coriander, clove, and hint of pepper. The peach, bready malts, and spicy earthy yeast rounds out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate to high carbonation. Finishes off-dry with all elements of the brew lingering.
Overall - A well rendered and very sessionable witbier that delivers a nice zing from the peach but stays true to the style. Another stand out from this brewery.
