A hazy field berry IPA brewed to help raise money for charity.
Appearance - Pours a cloudy berry pink with three fingers of blush head.
Smell - earthy, citrus, floral, leafy, and hint of piney hops, raspberry, strawberry, blackberry, blueberry, bready malts, and earthy yeast.
Taste - earthy, citrus, floral, leafy, and hint of piney hops upfront then quickly goes into the tart notes of raspberry, strawberry, blackberry, and blueberry. The bready malts and earthy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes sticky and slightly tart with the hops and fruits lingering.
Overall - A flavourful and sessionable brew that displays the berry element well. I wish the berry components were a bit more pronounced in the aromas but nonetheless a worthy brew that goes to a good cause.
