Wedged between dark roasted malts and full-flavoured cereal grains, Chockstone is brewed for shorter days and longer nights. A beer that matches the autumn season and suspends itself high in the mountain landscape, built entirely with our favourite Alberta malts form Origin and Red Shed.

Appearance - Pours a dark cola brown with four fingers of frothy tan head.
Smell - earthy, leafy, and floral hops, roasted malts, coffee bean, oats, cocoa, hint of cinnamon, and earthy yeast,
Taste - earthy, leafy, and floral hops upfront. The brew quickly goes into the roasted malts, coffee bean, cocoa, and hint of cinnamon. The oats and earthy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes with a pleasant bitterness from the coffee bean and cocoa.
Overall - A flavourful and "chock full of flavour". This one definitely is for those cool Cowtown days. Worth a go if you stumble across it.
