We are more than excited to introduce our first sour beer, Above the Salt. This time with Raspberries!
This light, tart ale is exactly what we want for a day at the pool. Crisp and refreshing, without being overly tart, this 50% wheat beer comes to us with an ABV of 4.7% and a perfect salinity level. Just don't call us Salt Bae...

A: The beer is hazy light purple in color. It poured with a thick collar of white bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of raspberries are present in the nose.
T: The taste has moderate flavors of raspberry juice and raspberry purée. There are faint hints of salt in the finish.
M: It feels light-bodied on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation and a faint bit of tartness.
