I had this beer on-tap in a straight-sided glass at the brewery.
Appearance: light golden hue with a totally clear body and a thin layer of white foam atop.
Smell: malty aroma with a fair bit of sweetness and a light yeasty character. Not bad.
Taste: sweet malt with kind of a fruity character, along with a hint of graininess. Not totally crisp, perhaps, but I happen to rather like it.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a pretty good Kölsch, all things considered!
