An unfiltered India Pale Ale brewed with raw honey and a large dose of lactose. The sweetness of the honey provides a well-balanced flavor profile complimenting the hop bitterness. The lactose creates a smooth and creamy mouthfeel not normally associated with an IPA. Pours a straw yellow color with a foamy white head.
