Really nice porter. Rich with a kaleidescope of flavors -- in addition to the rich maltiness and browned notes, Paxon offers points of chocolate and coffee, and yet never comes across as aggressive or rough.

Taste: A nice complex semi sweet of the dark chocolate malts, slight dry smoked bitter and some sweet molasses notes. Same with the nose. Black/Brown in color, opaque, with a tan head of foam and nice lace. Medium body. 45 IBUs. Would pair well with roasted meats.
