This beer has a nice clear dark amber color. Very flavorful and smooth finish. This was my first experience with a Scottish ale and can say I'm becoming a fan.

Taste: crisp, toasted semi sweet malt grains, white pepper, smooth, with a clean finish. Mild malt nose. Deep copper color, clear, nice foamy head with a ringed lattice of lace. Medium body. Would pair well with most dishes and went well with the Irish music playing that day. 23 IBUs
