A rich malty Märzen style beer made from large amounts of Vienna and Munich malt. We did a single decoction to bring out even more of the malt character. There is just enough Hallertau Hersbrucker hops to add a very balanced bitterness. The finish is nicely toasty and sweet.

Taste: semi sweet malt balanced with spiced German hops. Bold fermented yeast bread, malt nose. Amber hue, clear, with white head and some lace. Medium body. Easy drinking Marzen, would pair well with many dishes. 23 IBUs
