Taste: refreshingly crisp, nutty, some smokey character, slight malt sweetness, non bitter. Woody bready malt nose. Amber hue, clear, with delicate head and nice webbed lace on the glass. Medium to med/light body. would pair well with starter dishes. 26 IBUs
