A blend of golden sour ales aged on Balaton cherries and Madagascar vanilla beans. This beer was macerated on 200 lbs of whole cherries for 10 months in a single oak cask, with the vanilla beans added during the last two months of aging.

This one pours a murky darkish red color, with very little head or lacing.
There's not really much vanilla here, but there's a ton of prickly and sour cherry, with cherry skin, red wine, vinegar, and heavy acidity.
This sits a touch heavy on the palate, but the cherry is super bright and expressive. I wish I got some of the vanilla here - I think that would help temper some of the heavy acidity and slightly vinegar-esque flavors.
This is medium bodied, with a heavily lingering acidity on the back end. This is a very slow sipper for sure.
This brewery looks very intriguing and I want to try more.
