It is a vibrant beer like drink, I mean it is a beer but due to it being gluten free and not brewed with barley, it can't be legally called a beer according to Belgian law.
It has a nice sour beer taste with a light hint of ginger. Highly recommended for hot days due to the lightness of its body, and for a cold and rainy day due to the warming effect of the relatively high alcohol percentage (9%)!.
Different, surprising and definitely worth coming back for more.
