L-Rich, regal deep gold colored...light whisp of egg white head and lacing..
S-Spicy, with fruity esters.....light banana....perhaps some pear notes as well..
T-Light caramel breadiness, a dusting of black pepper.......a lot of fruitness...banana...lemons....hints of pears...
F-Medium bodied...slightly boozy feeling but really easy drinking and dangerously so. Much better than the Tripel Jackpine Brewing has going right now. I did not take notes or review that one but this is hands down the better beer.
