L-Reddish brown color. No head at all after pouring from the can.
S-Malty with dark fruits of plums and a hint of chocolate.
T-Nice clean flavor. Sweet maltiness with some melanoidins and a touch of toasted malts..
F-HIGHLY undercarbonated. Huge negative to what has the makings of a pretty decent doppel from a smaller brewery.
O-This is clean, and has a lot of the characteristics I look for in a doppel but he carbonation really sabotaged it in the end. Still, I would assume that is fixable and the rest of this is pretty solid.
